Are your products authentic?
Yes. Everything we sell is new, in its original packaging with the brand's tags and UPC label, and inspected before it is listed. If a product is not authentic, we refund it in full including return shipping. Read more on our Authenticity page.
Why are your prices below retail?
We buy overstock, closeouts and wholesale lots, so we pay less than a regular store and pass that on. The trade-off is that quantities are limited and the assortment changes every week.
Where do you ship from, and how fast?
From Miami, Florida. Orders ship within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days with tracking.
What does shipping cost?
$5.95 flat in the United States, and free on orders of $35 or more through November 30 (launch offer). We do not ship internationally yet.
What is your return policy?
30 days for unused items with tags and original packaging. Beauty products must be sealed. Details on our Shipping & Returns page.
Will you restock an item?
Sometimes. Our inventory depends on what we can source, so when something sells out it may or may not come back. Join the list and you will hear about new arrivals first.
How do I know my size?
Each product page has a size guide for its brand and category, plus fit notes. If you are between sizes, message us before ordering.
Are you affiliated with Lululemon, Alo Yoga or any other brand?
No. Waitforit USA is an independent retailer. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
