Returns & refunds
We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.
What can be returned
- Apparel and accessories: unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging.
- Beauty, skincare, haircare and fragrance: sealed and unopened only. Opened or used beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Items marked final sale on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to start a return
Email hello@waitforitusa.com with your order number and the item you want to return, or start the return from your account. We will send you a prepaid USPS return label within 1 business day. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refunds
- Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
- A $5.95 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund, unless the return is because of our error (wrong, damaged or defective item).
- Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is because of our error.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Send a photo to hello@waitforitusa.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you in full. In most cases you will not need to send it back.
Exchanges
We do not hold inventory for exchanges because our assortment changes constantly. The fastest option is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Authenticity guarantee
Every item we sell is brand new and authentic. If an item you bought from us is ever shown not to be authentic, we refund it in full, including shipping.
