Shipping policy

Where we ship: United States only (all 50 states, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses). We do not ship internationally at this time.
Cost: $5.95 flat rate. Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more through November 30, 2026.
Handling time: Orders ship from Miami, FL within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed starting the next business day.
Delivery time: Usually 2–5 business days with USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking: A tracking number is emailed (and texted, if you opted in) as soon as the label is created.
Fragrance and alcohol-based mists: Ship by ground service only, to the continental United States only, as required by carrier regulations.
Packaging: Products ship in their original factory packaging inside a protective mailer or box.
Address errors: Please double-check your address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped for a $5.95 fee or refunded minus the original shipping cost.
Lost or damaged in transit: Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan (or 10 days after the expected delivery date if the package never arrives) and we will replace or refund the order.
