Terms of service

These terms govern your use of waitforitusa.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. The Site is operated by Bensu Electronics Inc., a Florida corporation, doing business as Waitforit USA ("Waitforit", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Independent retailer

Waitforit USA is an independent multibrand retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorized reseller of any brand sold on the Site. Brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products offered for sale.

2. Products and authenticity

All products are new and authentic. We source merchandise through wholesale, overstock and closeout channels, inspect it on arrival and keep purchase records. If an item you receive is not authentic, we refund it in full including return shipping.

3. Pricing and retail comparisons

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Where we show a "retail" or compare-at price, it is the brand's current or most recent published retail price for that item at the time we verified it; it is for reference only. Quantities are limited and products may sell out. We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, in which case you receive a full refund.

4. Orders, payment and taxes

By placing an order you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use it. Orders are subject to acceptance; we may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, exceed available inventory, or contain pricing errors. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Accounts and communications

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information. By subscribing to our emails or texts you agree to receive marketing communications; you can unsubscribe at any time. Message and data rates may apply to texts.

7. Site content

Content on the Site (text, photographs, layout) belongs to Waitforit or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Product descriptions are our own and may contain errors; we correct them when we find them and may cancel orders affected by a material error.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waitforit's liability for any claim related to a product or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
