Shipping
- Where: United States only (all 50 states, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses).
- Cost: $5.95 flat. Free on orders of $35 or more through November 30, 2026 (launch offer).
- Speed: Orders ship from Miami, FL within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed starting the next business day. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days with USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
- Fragrance and alcohol-based mists: ship by ground only, to the continental U.S. only.
- Tracking: Sent by email and text as soon as the label is created.
- Packaging: Products ship in their original factory packaging, inside a protective mailer or box.
Returns
- Window: 30 days from delivery.
- Condition: Unused, with tags and original packaging. Beauty products must be sealed and unopened.
- Final sale: Items marked final sale cannot be returned.
- How: Start a return from your account or email hello@waitforitusa.com with your order number. We send a prepaid label; $5.95 is deducted from the refund unless the return is our error.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
- Damaged or wrong item: Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it or refund it, no return needed in most cases.
- Exchanges: Our assortment changes constantly, so we do not hold items for exchanges. Return for a refund and place a new order.
